"In addition to my 2008 KTM990 I just purchased a 2009 KTM530EXC. Chris made me a great deal and Todd made sure the bike was running at top form. My son and I have been having a great time riding the trails around Mount Adams. My son says for an "old guy" I do OK. He better keep his KTM690R up to speed or I may have to pass him."

Hi Jerry
My name is Raymond Mast from Portland Oregon. I just received a new Rear Shock for my 2008 KTM 250SX. Though I had about 5 rides on my new scooter, the shock shaft "somehow" came unscrewed and came apart during a ride (pretty scary). I pulled what was left of it off the bike and gave it to my friends at (KTM of Gresham Oregon) just to see what/why this happened. They went above and beyond and ended up sending my broke shock to KTM North America. I was recently informed that KTM warrantied it! This a rarity for a Dirt Bike. I want to personally thank KTM of Gresham,you and KTM North america. This is the kind of customer service that is very hard to come by these days. This is my second KTM and not certainly not my last. I am now a firm believer in the brand. I knew KTM built high quality equipment, but now I know KTM also backs what they make. I was dreading the repair cost of my shock. Thanks again for everything.

"Nice to walk into a shop where you dont feel like an intruder! Chris's no B.S. mindset and uncharacteristic non-pushiness is totally welcome and kinda funny. You can tell that in addition to selling them, he truely believes that KTM puts out the best stuff, as evidenced by the 950 ADV sitting out front (his is the dirty one). Taking my baby to Todd is like letting your uncle, who happens to know EVERYTHING about your bike, work on it. He's replaced my mechanic-o-phobia with trust. The fact that the staff is articulate, knowledgable and helpful, is unique in the industry these days. Just walk into the average "motorcycle shop" and ask a question; you'll understand. I recently had some last minute service work to be done and they completed it IN TIME to get my family on the trail. "These guys rock! One of the friendliest and most knowledgeable group of guys around. I come from the whole dirt bike thing from the opposite end, having first bought a Superduke from them. They were as new to the bike as I was. But that didn't stop them from being as excited as I was and as helpful. I then decided to venture into the dirt. Chris was great talking through the option and what worked best for me. Then Todd set up the bike great. Never had a lick of trouble. I would go to some other KTM shop right outside my back door, but these guys make the trip worth it."

"My recent purchase of a 300XC from Chris was truly a pleasure. Chris' low presure technique and easy going attitude made the experience seem effortless. Chris answered all my questions and worked with me not against me. Needless to say the setup and quality of the motorcycle is exceptional. After purchasing the motorcycle I went back a month or so later to purchase a rear wheel and paddle tire setup. Chris attempted to order me a wheel but when he learned how long it would take to receive one on backorder he and the guys at KTM NORTHWEST took a rear wheel off another bike to get me on the sand. Quality machines and excellent customer service...what more can you ask for."
